3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner.
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members.

- Use the App for unsolicited advertising, spam, or commercial solicitation without prior written permission.
4. Educational Content
Courses, webinars, downloadable materials, videos, discussion content, and other resources are provided for educational purposes.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, certification, promotion, or any particular professional outcome.
Requirements for CLE credit vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify acceptance with your licensing or regulatory authority.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post, including discussion posts, comments, and uploaded materials.
By posting content within the App, you grant Perfectly Paralegal a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the community.
You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
6. Intellectual Property
All courses, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, downloadable resources, and other original content within the App are the property of Perfectly Paralegal or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share course materials without written permission.

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your information is collected and used.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Perfectly Paralegal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or disrupts the community.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
10. Deleting Your Account
You can request deletion of your account at any time from within the App.
Open the App and go to Settings → App Settings → Delete Account, then follow the prompts.
What happens after you request deletion:
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your account enters a 14-day deletion period and remains scheduled for deletion during that time.
- After 14 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
- Some information may be retained longer only where required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.
Deleting your account removes your access to courses, CLE records, and community content associated with that account. If you need a copy of your CLE completion records, download them before requesting deletion.
Memberships or subscriptions purchased through our website are not automatically cancelled when your account is deleted. Those must be cancelled separately.
