Good communication is crucial, especially when communicating across different jurisdictions and time zones. We work with firms based in the Midwest, TX, PA, MA, SC, LA, and CA. It can take time to understand each other’s processes, preferences of communication, preferred frequency of updates, understanding the best way to keep track of everything, and the importance of building rapport. Samantha and Taylor will provide some information and advice to improve your communication and the benefits this improved communication can have on both the firm and the clients.
