Ethical Conversations for Witnesses, Affidavits & Discovery Search

Every case involves critical moments that carry ethical weight — conversations with witnesses, drafting sworn statements, and managing discovery.

This session focuses on how to handle those moments correctly.

You’ll learn how to communicate ethically in litigation settings, prepare witnesses without improper influence, support accurate and defensible affidavits, and approach discovery responsibly and in good faith.

Designed for paralegals, litigation support professionals, and legal team members, this program reinforces practical safeguards that protect your case, your credibility, and your career.

In the legal field, integrity is not optional. This session helps you ensure it is built into everything you do.
