Are you ready to demystify e-Discovery, one of the most talked-about (and often misunderstood) processes in the legal world? Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to brush up on the basics, this beginner-friendly seminar will help you feel confident and prepared for the modern realities of legal practice.

Why You Can’t Afford to Miss This

Practical, Not Salesy: Tired of seminars that are really sales pitches for pricey software? We’ll focus on real-world fundamentals—no hidden agendas.

Beginner-Friendly: We’ll break down what e-Discovery is, why it matters, and how it impacts paralegals, legal assistants, and litigation support professionals—without assuming you already know all the jargon.

Comprehensive Overview: From the difference between traditional discovery and e-Discovery, to how digital data is stored and found, to essential terminology like metadata, hash values, and “de-NISTing”—we cover it all in one concise program.

A Peek Behind the Scenes: You’ll be surprised by how much “e-Discovery” is happening around you every day—even outside the office—and why understanding it now gives you a head start in your career.
