Balanced leadership: Navigating mental wellness, respect, and accountability

(NOTE: Central Florida Paralegal Association is sponsoring the CLE for this program, but this program is not state specific to Florida)
In the demanding legal field, where the focus on excellence can often overshadow the need for balance, the toll on well-being can be put on the back burner. How does one maintain an equilibrium between work and well-being amidst these pressures? What strategies can be employed to navigate difficult bosses, opposing attorneys, and the pervasive issue of burnout?
Amidst these challenges, Beth and Kirah will explore a crucial overlooked aspect: balance. The discussion spans mental health, respect, and accountability, both professionally and personally.
We hope to help attendees forge a path toward resilience and self-care through shared insights and actionable strategies. Together, Beth and Kirah strive to cultivate a legal profession that values excellence alongside compassion and well-being.
