If you suspect insurance fraud, you can report it directly to the insurance company using the fraud hotlines listed below. You can also report it to your state insurance fraud bureau, listed in the dropdown section further down this page, or to the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), which takes fraud reports for all types of insurance nationwide.
